At least until you can add the proper file to the trusted secure boot settings. If you're going to try to boot something other than windows, you'll probably need to temporarily disable secure boot.
If you want to actually create the Windows 10 USB using the microsoft media creation tool instead of rufus, and you're using a different PC to create the USB media, then you should select "install on another PC" when the media creation tool prompts you. And then use rufus to create a bootable USB. If you're trying to boot a compatible Windows 10 USB, then you can download the iso using the Microsoft Media Creation tool. Make sure you enable the F12 boot menu in the BIOS settings.
